This is my first made-up recipe that I ever wrote down. I always make these for family cookouts and I have given the recipe away quite a few times. Enjoy (we certainly do)!

1 lb Ground beef
2 Green onions, finely chopped
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
1 Egg
3 tbsp Bread crumbs
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Hot sauce
½ tsp Italian herb mix
To taste Salt and pepper

1. Mix the beef, green onions, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper together in a bowl using your hands to assure the ingredients are equally integrated. Form into 8 1/2-inch thick patties.

2. Cook the burgers until cooked to your desired degree of doneness, 5 to 6 minutes per side for well done. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
